Convenient and peaceful location.

There was no washing machine but it wasn't a big problem. There was a laundromat within walking distance so we went there.

"Functional flat in great location at reasonable price"

Great location and pretty quiet. Nice little balcony but no view (on the other hand that was good because there is no air con available, so the trees and the low floor helped keep the apartment somewhat cool). Responsive host.

It is definitely a functional apartment and was a little tight for three people, especially when you are three to sleep (couch + queen bed), small kitchen. Bathroom has no window and desperately needs the fan on a lot. But it all works fine. So if you don't mind function over design or looks, you'll like it very much. Just be aware the neighbors are chain smokers and we couldn't open the windows much or be on the balcony long. The downside is the parking which is in a completely different location (~10 min walk) and under a tree. Get ready to clean your car often!
