The brakfast was nice, they offered fruits. Room has a clima device, that can be used for heating the room.

The balcony was in common with the other room and has no wiew- it was sourranded by other rooms. Older man at the reception speeks only Portugese.

"Nice facility and staff."

Very clean and modern. Nice staff/owners. Nice simple breakfast. Location was good, about 10 minute walk to Templars Square.
