We were refused the accommodation even though it was booked many months back and we had a confirmation email with dates and rooms booked. I will be filing a complaint to booking.com as well. It was very disappointing to know just before the day when we had everything else planned. Very inconvenient for a family of 6 especially when travelling from overseas.

The hospitality was amazing. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the service was really quick. We didn't need to step out of the resort for either breakfast or dinner. Must stay property for friends, family and couples.
