"Gute Lage - Wohnung mit einigen Kompromissen."

Gute Lage in der Nähe der Fähre. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig. Tolle Aussicht. Moderne Einrichtung.

Unterkunft im obersten Geschoss im 9. Stock, daher im Sommer sehr heiß. Keine Klimaanlage und durch den Straßenlärm (Tram und Hauptstraße verläuft entlang der Unterkunft) Nachts sehr laut, wenn man lüften möchte. Auf der einen Seite keine Vorhänge, so dass es noch heißer wird. Wohnung teilweise mit ‚gefährlichen‘ Schäden (Boden stellenweise defekt, mit scharfen Kanten).
