The rooms are okay

No privacy, because the living room has no curtains near the windows. The bedsheet is torn. The mattress is thin.

Quiet place.

Instead of so many complains and suggestions from previous customers about the house condition(s), the owner or maybe the agent did so little things to upgrade the so called 'villa'. Only improving about the water pressure, but take no action at all about the other facilities, especially about changing the curtains (shopee got cheap ones, can buy 🤷🏻‍♀️) and repair the broken window (can't lock) etc. If you need a place to stay for a night, this can be the one. But, please bring your own curtains to cover the front door and rooms' windows. And, extra pillows and blankets too. 🙏🏽
