Executive Living Östermalm Suite and Studios

Location was great with communication and check in being easy. Facilities and cooking equipment in the house was good.

The property lacked proper ventilation. The second room has no windows so becomes very hot, humid and stuffy. It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in without using a fan. Windows can’t be left open in the lounge area as no security window frames (so anyone could get into property) We were there in cooler temps and would hate to stay here in any weather above 20deg! Additional things that could make the property better. Only one flat lifeless pillow provided for each bed. Had to use cushions from the couch as a second pillow! No shampoo, body wash or conditioner provided. Location was fab. Communication seamless.

Having been frequent 'hardy' travellers for years and able to just go with the flow, having a new-born baby is an absolute game-changer! Suddenly we have to be more selective/cautious on what sort of accommodation we stay in and the amenities it has to offer - thankfully for Stockholm and us as new parents there was Executive Living Östermalm Suite and the fabulous host that was William. His communication and professionalism was exemplary throughout - from instructions on how to access the property, to being flexible with check-out as we tried to maximise our stay around the beautiful city before a mid-afternoon flight home (with that flexibility we couldn't have squeezed in seeing the wonderful Avicii Experience!). And the apartment itself? Saying 'a home-from-home' sounds cliched but it really was - the neighbourhood is centrally located and family-friendly with the accommodation so comfortable my wife was at ease staying 'home alone' with our little one as I went out to watch football one evening - such was the welcoming/warming vibe the property gave off.

The accommodation had literally everything, from laundry powder to washing up liquid - everything except bathroom toiletries (shampoo/shower gel). We raised this at the time with William explaining that previous guests complained they had some sort of reaction so he decided to remove it which we understood, but then if guests skin are so delicate, then why still provide laundry powder/washing up liquid/soap too? It's a minor quibble, but if you are staying, pack some toiletries if you check in late and need a shower - otherwise, there's a handy late night supermarket just a 2-minute walk away that'll sort you out.

The apartment corresponds exactly to the description. It is well equipped and well located to visit the town. The owner is very kind and accommodating for the check-in and the check-out.

The position is fantastic and the apartment is clean and comfortable.

Location, comfy lounge area and kitchen.

There was old cigarette butts in the back right in the patio, washing machine needed attention and the locks and doors need a bit of maintenance. Other than that everything was great.

location great. Easy access to city, local restaurants, cafes, parks and shops.

bedroom was tiny, almost no room except for the bed. ventilation and cooling inside was tricky - it would be a hot place in summer time.
