Everything was fine except the change for room I booked 3 night the last night they gave me my original room

They change my room I booked with balcony they didn't give me with balcony

the location is located directly on the beach. jambiani. I had the deluxe room with ocean view, gorgeous view, the staff was very welcoming and attentive to all your wishes, cleaning is done every day, the lady at the reception is very good and attentive to everything, 10 for service, she does her job very well,..... thank you receptionist for everything!

Esta frente a la playa, fuera de la zona turística. Es agradable porque las vistas son bonitas desde la entrada del hotel. El desayuno está bien y los camareros que lo atienden fueron muy agradables.

Hotel is not in the touristic part and just below the room there is a local bar with music/drunk people all day, until 2-3 am. Is very noisy and not the calm that I was looking. You hear the noise , local people drunk and screaming, motorbikes etc even with the windows close. There is no AC, there is a fan. Sometimes the electrics goes off ( it happens In all the island) and we almost die inside the room because the cut last all night and we could not even open the Window due to the noise. Horrible night. The person in recepción was very rude when we complained about it and she said that it’s a bar and she can only ask security to tell them to”lower the noise”. She suggested a change in the room, but paying. So—> I would not book this hotel if you are looking tranquility. Be careful if you rent a car with them, they will make you pay for a official document( needed) but although we pay they didn’t give to us(they forgot). Police stop us and fine us, they didn’t take any accountability although it was their fault. Also, is not in a private beach.That’s not important, but just to let people know. Beach is safe and views are nice.

The place could use more shade from the sun and Air conditioning. It’s really difficult to enjoy the outside with all the sun. A lot of power outages.

Location right next to the beach. Nice people, and a cute restaurant with a smooth breakfast.

Our room faced straight into a neighbourhood bar. Quite noisy during the night in other words. This specific room was also very hot and humid, especially when the fans did not run due to lack of electricity. I believe these problems where unique to our room however.

Great place to stay in Jambiani, breakfast is very good and all the personnel are very helpful and attentive. If you get the rooms with a beach-view you'll love it. The ambiance is very chill and calm, and it's in the middle of a local neighbourhood, you can easily access boda-bodas or tuktuks. Definitely recommend.

We had a room with no beach-views which faces a local cafe, in the morning it was very noisy and difficult to sleep in, but besides this everything was perfect.

The location is on the beach which is great. Staff are nice as well
