The place is at a phenomenal area, 10 seconds walk to the seaside. The owner was super helpful and kind. Totally recommend this place. The studio has everything you need, even an AC too cool down.

The location is truly top — very close to the sea. Excellent apartments: everything is clean, freshly renovated, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Every little detail is thought out — even a clothes drying rack with pegs that you can hang outside the window. It was such a pleasant surprise, especially in this hot weather, to find a welcome gift in the fridge — cold water and a plate of fresh fruits. The apartment also provides complimentary toiletries — mini bottles of cosmetics, shampoo, and shower gel — which is a really nice touch and not something you often see even in many 4-star hotels. The service is absolutely top-notch. We loved everything. Thank you very much!

Awesome cozy place, everything new, close to absolutely everything. Apartment is well equipped. WiFi is great. Farmers market and fish market is literally 1 min walk away. Also very close to the new promenade with several great restaurants and bars. Ivan is very polite and helpful. Great recommendation!
