Worst experience I have ever faced, Not worth the price at all 1. WIFI is the basic need now a days, and wifi was not working neither they got it corrected till our stay. 2. ⁠Service was pathetic, they are in hospitality industry and most of the employees were carrying ego I don’t know why. 3. ⁠While having our lunch we asked for one half lemon they denied giving that and asked to take full salad if you need lemon. 4. ⁠Room service was not picking calls in one go, we have to call multiple times then only they answer. There are lot of better options available near this please avoid going to this place if you don’t want to ruin your trip.

COMFORT

Great view from the room and from the terrace (bar/ restaurant with a view!). The room and bathroom was really clean despite being a little dilapidated. The cleaning staff here are definitely doing an excellent job. There is better food available nearby at more reasonable prices. We’d recommend eating your meals elsewhere and popping here for sunset beer and peanut masala (the peanut masala was good!).

Felt quite overpriced to us for bed and breakfast - we’d been travelling in southern India for a couple of months at the time of writing.

I was expecting mountain view from my windows as mentionedin the room description while i booked the room, that was reason I paid the 4300. But it's not a proper mountain view room I got, it was covered with trees.

The stay was very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a pleasant environment. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. The food was delicious, and the view from the hotel was absolutely stunning.
