Location was good.

Billing Policy: Staff required food bills to be settled on the same day of purchase, despite prior communication about paying at checkout. This was inconvenient and felt inflexible. Room Amenities & Maintenance: The landline in the room was frequently non-functional, making internal communication difficult. Qualitybof land line was also pathetic. Curtains and furniture (e.g., sofa, chairs, cushions) were of subpar quality and lacked comfort. Sound insulation was poor; noises from adjacent rooms and the kitchen were clearly audible. The corridor wall leading to the room leaked during rain, creating a slippery and unsafe walkway. Accessibility & Safety Concerns: The absence of a lift made it challenging to carry strollers and luggage, especially for families with young children. Room windows posed a safety risk due to their low height and lack of protective barriers—particularly concerning for children. Bathroom Provisions: No hand towels were provided. Only basic Medimix soap was available; a shower gel or more suitable bathing amenities would have been appreciated. Dining Experience: Breakfast options were limited, with very limited seating area provided for guests. Items made to order were charged separately, which was not clearly communicated. Popular choices like dosa and omelette were not included in the buffet spread.
