They could leave some cupboard essentials for guests, like coffee/teabags, salt, pepper and cooking oil too. Just a thought :)

The info for accessing the apartment with YT video was really useful, pretty close to the main station.

Out of the 3 properties we booked in Slovakia this was most definitely the most basic. It had a hostel vibe even though it’s an apartment. The furniture is a bit tired, no one had emptied the dishwasher etc. Nothing intrinsically wrong with the place but a little more care would have been appreciated.

Clean place. Walking distance to center. Easy self check in/out. It's a great apartment :)! Great poke place just in front of the building btw.

All electrical household were working properly. Also, beds were comfortable and there is quite area so it is good for relaxing.

It was a bit difficult to get the keys, because host sent us a couple of videos regarding entrance plus opening the main door which was with anothe different code. Furthermore, we found some hairs in the bathroom once getting in, and the location is not really in the city centre as it is advertisment. There is not free parking in all area around.

The location of the apartment is superb, shops, transportation, everything is less than 100 meters away, the centre of the city is 15 min by foot. The apartment was well heated, large, had a working table with a laptop stand. The TV had a hdmi connection, kitchen has all of the amenities needed to cook at home (dishes, skillets, pans, pots, etc.), two separate bedrooms. Easy entry, via lockbox, elevator functioning, the apartment was clean. Good wi-fi.

We've had a large problem with water amenities, while using the bath it started leaking water to the apartment downstairs. We had to endure a bunch of angry neighbours who did not talk english. Then we had to speak to a contact person, who somewhy did not know Slovak language, the whole situation took several hours with multiple visits of those people to the apartment. Then, the owner quickly responded, and sent a repairsman to visit the apartment on the next morning, so we had to postpone our plans. This was quite an unpleasant experience. The apartment also had some chemical supplies, as in dishwasher liquid, soap, etc. but had no trash bags and no broom to clean up during a longer stay, the smart-lock connected to the outside door also did not work.
