The whole stay was amazing . Peaceful comfortable relaxing. The host was very accommodating (his orange juice is divine) Every where was immaculately clean . The apartment was spotless and very roomy with everything we needed in the kitchen .

Please avoid this place or/and cancel your booking. The response below of the host confirms our statement. This place can have everything for a great stay. Unfortunately the ac was not working in a stable way, it was on and off. You also can only turn the ac on when you are in the house. So when you are out for the day, you will find a 45 degrees hot house that needs hours to cool down with the ac. But then the ac was not werking properly and stable. No repairs were done, just monitoring. We got a new appartment, ok great! But then that ac stopped working again as well. The host acknowledged it was old. During our move from one to the new appartment things went wrong again. The host replied once to the problem in the evening on app and then ignored us! We called and called, the lady was online but Did not pick up. That was very awful…. We could not stay with a child in a heatwave (45 celsius in the house) and the host did not help anymore so we had no choice but to leave and pay for a new hotel. We asked for a refund but they refuse. We hope Booking can help us! Booking sent is a refund-actie, the host refused.

Beautiful place, awful service. The response below confirms this. Old unstable ac system, of course unbearable in a heatwave. Host unfortunately just monitored the system. We got a new appartment after a while and we thought that would solve everything. Unfortunately the system was there as well and did not work properly as well. Host then decided to ignore us when we had massive problems late in the evening. We were flabbergasted you leave a family with a child in 45 degrees to sleep in. We were in tears. They refused a refund and we had no choice but to leave. The house was 45 degrees, we cant safely stay there with a child. Sant Agostino looks like heaven but for us it turned into hell. It could have easily been solved, but they decide to blame us.

A few more little amenities would have been great - e.g olive oil to cook with.

• Located in a beautiful plot of land full of trees. • Fantastic, huge and well maintained swimming pool (plus countercurrent pool). • Apartments are well equipped and maintained. • Very friendly host (Alessandra) - Communication was easy and she was eager to help with anything we asked. • Close to Siracusa and other points of interest.

Just a couple of details: • The pool bar (which had great stuff when it was open) could be open more regularly (or at least have a clearer schedule). • It would have been nice if the pool was open till a bit later (at the time it was only open until 20:00) - also a pity because at night it was beautifully lit.

alessandra was very nice and helpful. this property is perfect for relaxation. clean apartment, nice big pool is everything you can wish for.
