Lt Properties studio apartment Ground floor 1

On arrival I was quite happy, but once inside it left a lot to be desired ! To be fair, it was quite cheap.

The floor of the apartment was damaged and uneven, sharp in places ! Very basic, room, the TV didn't work. No bath mat so quite messy when showering. No plugs in either bathroom or kitchen sinks. Some kitchen equiptment but no washing up or drying up materials.

Great information given by hosts. Hosts were very proactive sorting out any issues and great with communication

Location was near to the BBC radio 1 event in Stockwood Park

- Lack of information regarding gaining the access code to the property. Had to call a few people multiple times just to get the right one and they still sent the wrong one originally. - Room was nothing like the picture. Bed was a lot smaller and uncomfortable. - Fridge was dirty and smelt really bad - Bathroom was dirty, toilet was dirty, dirty sink, dirty towel rail and dirty skirting boards. - Floor was dirty, obviously wasn't hoovered before coming to stay. - Wifi DID NOT work after switching my phone off numerous times to get it to connect. - Lack of places to park

The bedding was clean and checking in and out was easy

Didn't look anything like the pictures, the fridge wasn't working, someone else's clothes behind the sofa, no parking in the street so had to park a mile away for £10 a day, it was noisey with people doing Nox outside, it smelled horrible, the spring matrass was old and definitely needs to be replaced and there was no basket with soap or breakfast items, just two near empty bottles of shampoo and soap in the bathroom
