"Hotel is located at a convinent location but staff behaviour is not nice."

Good location with nearby bus stop and metro station. Also, supermarket is nearby.

Bathroom shower was broken and heater was not working. The staff member named “Firdaus” was very rude and not welcoming at all. We booked a triple room. When we checked in and found that one blanket was missing, we went to the reception and asked for the missing blanket. Firdaus rudely replied “bring your own blanket”. Such behaviour from staff in the hospitality industry is not expected and will only lead to loss of customers. Finally there was another staff who came at night shift provided us with the missing blanket. I am not able to recollect his name but he was helpful in other aspects too.
