La habitación era amplia y la cama muy cómoda, al no haber comedor, se desayuna en la habitación en una terraza donde las vistas son muy bonitas al valle.

No permite pago con tarjeta y el ATM más próximo estaba a 5km. No hay zonas comunes para poder estar, entras y se va directamente a la habitación.

The property was nothing like on the picture and extremely dirty. Absolutely unacceptable. The room was unacceptable. Dirt and dust everywhere, the electrical plugs were not working and the lamps either on one entire wall. The dirt in the toilet and around the drain in the shower was disgusting. Hair knot was just laying there. We asked the staff to clean the room and we will think about it if we want to stay or not. We went to have lunch and came back seeing that they didn’t clean anything at all ( they had 1,5 hours to improve it). We went to reception and asked not to be charged for this. The receptionist called the owner reluctantly and came back saying that it’s ok. We won’t be charged, this way we left. The owner reached out to me 3 weeks later out nowhere that he wants us to pay 30% to his personal account so we won’t be charged by booking - when clearly we are not on location and sending money to his account would not be safe rather proper scamming to offer that weeks after our stay. The owner should have been there on location to discuss instead of leaving to the staff if he was not okay with it. Either way, I expressed my deep disappointment and I believe he should have at least admit his and his staff’s mistake and approve free cancellation for such a disgusting room and unprofessional behavior. He clearly doesn’t take care of the property leaves it to an elderly who perhaps doesn’t see properly to clean. But to not have electricity in walls and all the stuff I mentioned breaks the value proposition to the fullest. What he offers on booking was simply not met in reality. Also he has a 9.2 rating posted from 2015!!! Maybe he blackmails people for good review as he tried with me but truly the place is not what he advertises. BOOKING SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS. The evidence picture speaks for itself and you can imagine the whole room was disgusting like this.

The view from the balcony is amazing and taking my breakfast with this view was very good! The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is also very nice to do the waterfalls hike.

Emplacement, rapport qualité prix, famille accueillante, petit déjeuner servi sur le balcon de la chambre avec vue dégagée sur la montagne et la jungle. Les visites à proximité : cascades, temple sur l’eau Pura Ulun Danu Bratan, temple emblématique situé au bord du lac Bratan.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied du début du sentier de randonnée des cascades Chambre sommaire mais suffisante pour les deux nuits passées Le petit déjeuner était copieux et très bon La communication avec l’hôte un peu compliquée car niveau d’anglais assez bas
