- widok z balkonu na góry (w załączeniu zdjęcie poniżej), - miejsce na ogrodzie z piaskownicą, huśtawkami i zjeżdżalnią dla dzieci, - miejsce do grillowania, - bliskość restauracji, sklepów, przystanków autobusowych, - sympatyczna właścicielka, - dobra baza wypadowa w "głąb" Zakopanego,

- wieczorem problem z kąpielą, ciśnienie wody na drugim piętrze bardzo bardzo słabe, momentami wody w kranie nie było wcale, - w tv pomimo kilku przeszukiwań kanałów dosłownie pięć kanałów do oglądania (brak podstawowych kanałów, brak kanałów dla dzieci), - czystość w pokoju mogłaby być na większym poziomie, dużo kurzu, pajęczyny na sufitach i zapchany kurzem wiatrak,
