Iris Magnum - APart Hotel

- The hotel is in an excellent location, offering great connectivity for traveling around the city. - The serviced apartment is fully equipped with amenities, from a water filter to a washing machine, all of which are well-maintained. - The building has a lift, which is especially helpful when handling heavy luggage. - We arrived at the hotel around 1 a.m., and the receptionist was kind enough to make arrangements and be available to assist us.

- The bed is far too small for two people, making it very uncomfortable. It's surprising that such a beautiful apartment has such a small bed. - The bedsheets and cushions were not clean, and we also found dead cockroaches in the house. With better maintenance, this could be an excellent apartment, especially considering its perfect price, amenities and location.

My overall experience was positive; the room was neat and pleasant, and the location tranquil and quiet. However, there were a few issues. The water filter was not functioning, and the internet connection was intermittent. I reported the problem with the water filter, and although support staff came to inspect it, there was no follow-up or resolution before I checked out. The internet connectivity was also unsatisfactory, hindering my ability to work from my laptop. Even on my phone, the connection was unstable, which was quite inconvenient.

Must say that we loved the concept of Apart hotel and the facilities were great, our room at 201 had a beautiful long mirror which made the ambience of the room even more beautiful, Clean washrooms, clean room , clean kitchen.. I would highly recommend staying here
