The location was very convenient.

Thankfully Booking.com agreed that the managers were exhibiting ridiculous and unacceptable behaviour, and I was compensated by way of a part refund and an apology from them, however, the managers of the property didn’t have a spare key to provide, after the original one was stolen. I was stranded outside overnight (with ID in the room, I wasn’t able to get another place to stay) had to get a locksmith to gain entry, which came at a cost of £70!! No apology from the host for the inconvenience and has now sent abusive and harassing messages following this negative (but highly accurate) review. I had to contact booking.com to instruct the property to cease and desist all messages. The linen appeared clean but the bedding was lumpy and smelt of sweat and body odour— I had to put towels on the bed and slept on top, because the smell was so horrendous l. There was some cutlery and crockery but nowhere appropriate to wash them (bathroom sink? That’s unhygienic). There was no bin, just a very very small one in the bathroom. There was a wet mop on the cupboard which was unpleasant. No appropriate facilities for clothes storage. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. This property should be removed from the site.
