Personnel aux petits soins. Beau jardin et grande piscine. Vélos sur place. Bon petit dejeuner sur une terrasse donnant sur le Mékong. Un grand merci pour l’accueil

Great hotel right next to the river. Big terrace with a nice view and the hotel had very nice interior design.

Everything was great, nothing negative to say.

The swimming pool is nice and the location is good.

The garden view rooms are a disgrace for the price their sold at. Our first room had spider webs in it and a broken shower. We were moved to another room which had rat droppings on the floor, and no less then 4 rusty nails sticking out of the bathroom sink. The door also didn't lock. When the neighbours move you shake in your bed. The towels were dirty. The family that runs the place are friendly, but we got the impression they don't really know how to run a hotel.

Lots of technical issues with A/C, with the safe in the room but eventually got solved

We had a great stay at Sengahloune Hotel. Mr Thep and his wife were extremely helpful and organised our transfer which worked out seamlessly. Our room was very comfortable with great air conditioning which we were extremely grateful for as it was very hot. We had bikes from the hotel which were well maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the island. The pool was extremely welcome at the end of a hot day. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Don Khong.

The toilets around the pool area could be cleaned more regularly.

Nice pool, great location by the bridge. Plenty of local restaurants and things to do on the island.

We stayed in the wooden economy accommodation. The walls are very thin and the road is close.

The pool

Unhelpful staff, not good value for money, we had a bird in our wall and a hole in the wall. When we went to let the team know, they asked to wait and acted like it was not their problem. Sold out of date drinks and then didn’t want to replace it. Not nice welcome. After travelling for 7 weeks, this is the most we have spent on a room as a birthday treat. And quite possibly the worst room and least helpful team. First bad review I’ve written in the whole 7 weeks away.

Very lovely location. Nice pool to hang out by. Lovely staff who were very helpful organising tours and taxis etc. bike hire available. Pleasant views from the restaurant.

The restaurant food was not great

The pool was a nice place to hang out. The location next to the bridge was delightful and the host was helpful in organising tours taxis etc we could hire bikes at the hotel
