Das Personal war bemüht & gute Lage

Alles war etwas schmutzig, die Betten waren durchgelegen & wir hatten das Pech, das an unserem Zimmer angrenzend irgendeine Hauptwasserleitung entlang lief (unsere Vermutung). Dadurch hatten wir jede Benutzung von einem Waschbecken, jede Toilette und jede Dusche gehört... zumindest hatten wir das Gefühl. Allgemein war das Haus sehr hellhörig und man hat sehr lauten Fluglärm, den man auch noch deutlich mit geschlossenem Fenster hört. Wir waren enttäuscht & würden es definitiv nicht weiter empfehlen! Sorry!

The room was adequately sized for myself and my 13 year old son. The host couldn't have been more polite and helpful if he tried. Great food, super comfy beds, lovely modern bathroom. Host was happy, welcoming, friendly yet professional. If only more hosts were this fantastic. My son is autistic so didnt want anything from the breakfast menu but we wrote down a few things that he likes and had his own breakfast created without another thought. My son said the egg and sausage were the best he has ever had. Even the tea and coffee were made to perfection. Would gladly stay here for days/weeks on end.

After spending 2 exciting days at Lego land me and my son were drained and exhausted our stay was a excellent finish to round of our trip, the room was perfectly clean and tidy, I sent a text at 3:45pm and by my surprise our room was already ready before the original check in time at 5:00pm these little details contributed to an amazing and comfortable time at the hotel. The morning after, the breakfast provided, a full English breakfast was delicious and the service was fast and snappy with exceptional communication in fact when the owner of the hotel is the one welcoming you and making you breakfast in the morning it makes the whole thing extra special. Overall this has been a truly enjoyable experience for me and my son and i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and will certainly be returning in the future.

Location was good for exploring Windsor and for getting into London as the station was a short walk away. The breakfast was very good and set us up for the day
