Flat was lovely and clean

The building didn't feel safe. A couple of incidents where down and outs/drug takers knocked on door begging. Remnants of drugs in stairwells. Stairwells dirty.

The apartment is very clean, very nicely decorated and comfortable. Kitchen has everything needed! Beds are comfortable. Location couldn’t have been better! We loved our stay!

There was a hill going in and out of the apartment. It’s somewhat labor intensive to bring the luggage.

Very spacious, clean apartment with plenty of amenities provided. Ample space for a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 teenage children). The location was superb within a stone's throw from the centre of Royal Mile.

Nothing to dislike

Edinburgh never fails to amaze. What a city. And this gem of a place is really a home away from home. Location while being quite central, still quiet from the animation on the old town. The apartment itself is really cozy, well decorated and has all the necessary equipment. Owners were really helpful. Would definitely go back.

The bed was not comfortable.

The flat is beautifully furnished, well equipped and well looked after. The beds are comfortable, everything is sparkling clean. The bathroom has everything and more in terms of products - i thought that was a very thoughtful touch. So does the kitchen although we didn’t use. Overall there was a sense of generosity from how the flat is prepared for guest and how responsive, informative and accommodating Lotti & Keith are. I would certainly come again. It’s a gem of a find. Away from noise yet at the heart of city and very close to the train station.
