I was disappointed with my recent stay. The room I was assigned (Room 108) was not as I expected. The carpet was dirty and had cigarette burns, the chair was broken, and the toilet was also not in good condition. I have been staying at this hotel for the past three years, and most of the rooms have always been clean, comfortable, and well maintained. This is the first time I have experienced such poor room conditions. I hope the management will address these issues and improve the condition of Room 108, as my previous experiences at this hotel have generally been very positive.
