"Overall not happy with our stay, good location but everything else was a disappointment."

Location was right beside backwater canal.

We had booked it for 3 people, however when we showed up the room was tiny (and dark) and could barely fit two people. We had to really fight to get a bigger room, and they were not kind to us. The toilet didn’t work and so we had to use the bathroom in a different room. We ended up only staying one night and checked out early

"Our stay at punnamada Alappuzha July 2022"

Location was good. Rooms were big enough. There was option for AC & Non AC with same room. Owners were very helpful. Parking available for 3cars but parking is a challenge due to the nature of the plot location.

It wasn't a smooth stay. Owners were reactive rather than proactive. We end up querying everything, we were alright with that but others might struggle with it. Could do a lot of things litte things to improve the stay. There is space for adding a lawn area for guests to have lunch, dinner etc. Owners have option to open roof terrace for guests to have a good view to lake & dinner. Plumbing issues needs to address, mosquito netting to add. With a little bit improvement the stay can make more comfortable. Owners needs to learn a bit more with online bookings procedures as well. Thanks
