Location is superb, located at the top of a hill, I was given a room facing Mt. Kinabalu, amazing unblocked view once I slid open the window. Room is clean. Metal kettle in the room so no microplastics when boiling water. Has in-house cafe on the ground floor to sip coffee and enjoy local food while sitting overlooking the mountain. Nearby to the town and local attractions including dairy farm by car.

"Hidden Gem in Kundasang"

The view of Mount Kinabalu was breathtaking, you don't really need a mountain view room to enjoy it as the hotel offers a huge observation deck to view at the mountain. We dint managed to get the mountain view and yet we enjoyed it a lot. The location to the attractions nearby were not too far away besides watching the Rafflesia and hot spring. Breakfast of the hotel is worth Michelin star for their amazing taste. Try their tuaran mee and friend rice, it's good food!

Chalet view cantik sangat.. if u book chalet u need to bypass jambatan gantung n quite tinggi to hike. If u bring baby or senior citizen better u booking hotel instead of chalet. Overall all ok, malam sangat sejuk, pagi boleh tgk view kinabalu

Toilet ada bau sikit..jalanraya nak sampai ke hotel ni tinggi jgk. Hahha
