Location was far from strip

The location was very convenient to where my family lives who I was there to visit. The bed was very comfortable. The hosts were fairly quick to response to questions. Ease of access via the door code.

The apt was blazing hot upon arrival and it took 12 hours to get to a comfortable temperature. The bed in the main bedroom was big and comfy but not clean, there was someone's long black hair all over the sheets (which were thin and cheap) The kitchen had barely anything, there were only 2 forks and 1 bowl and dirty cooking utensils. The couple of pots they had were tattered and scratched up and were super old. There was no soap for the dishwasher and the cabinets were starting to show wear and tear which tells me they were very cheap since this place is advertised as newly remodeled. The pool is NOT private but for the whole community. There were no seating by or near the pool so no where to lounge after taking a dip. The photo pf the master bathroom is completely false. There is no freestanding deep soaker tub in this apt. It's a shower/bath combo and the bath was dirty. The pool and the bathtub were the main reason why I chose this place and both were severely disappointing. Couldn't use the TV as there was no way to navigate to watch Netflix, or any cable channels. I asked for help with that and they said they would send someone within 2 hours, we waited 5 hours and left only to find out someone came while we were gone- without even leaving instructions on how to use the TV. Living room is teeny, and the sofa seats only 2 people. For the cost, it was not worth it. Dining chairs felt unstable like they would collapse at any minute. Do not use the dining chairs if you are overweight, you will most likely break them and hurt yourself. I'm only 106 pounds and felt like they might break any minute. Overall I wouldn't stay here again which sucks because I was hoping to find a nice place to stay at each Tim I visit my family. I guess the search continues.

This lovely location is only 10 minutes away from the strip. Everything you need is close by, including a convenient 24/7 711 around the corner. The home is very very cozy, kitchen has all the basics, as well as washer and dryer. the bedrooms and beds are extremely comfortable, the A/C unit works very well, pair it with the quiet ceiling fans, and you forget the Vegas heat exists. I honestly feel like a lot of love and TLC went into this place. Parking is right in front of the door and it's shaded. But I honestly can't stress enough how convenient and close everything is. The neighborhood is also quiet. I would definitely come back to this location.

Needs a bit more cooking/kitchen utensils, there was no mugs, the dining table chairs were very uncomfortable and felt flimsy. The shower in the small bathroom outside needs a bit higher water pressure. There was an iron, but no ironing board.
