The riad is nicely located in the center of the medina, with a taxi pickup spot one minute away. The staff is the best. Always kind and so so accommodating. The owner was very communicative and nice when we had some issues with the payment!

The rooftop area could use a little maintenance work and the ‘pool’ is not really a pool you can swim in. The water pressure in the shower is poor.

The location was good, it was just on the edge of the Souks so pretty peaceful, the bedding was lovely, crisp percale duvet covers. The staff were friendly, it was a nice having breakfast outside our bedroom in the morning sun.

The biggest issue was being told on the day of arrival we had to pay cash or bank transfer into owners paypaI, I was very unhappy with this, and spent way too much time contacting booking.com and the owner that this was not acceptable as it clearly stated they took cards. They did eventually take my card. It was unnecessary hassle. The Riad itself was not what it looks in the photos, it’s very tired and needs a good clean and paint, we didn’t use the ‘pool facility’ as the water looked dirty. There are much better places to stay for the money we paid.

Je travaille régulièrement sur mon ordinateur, et la connexion Wi-Fi dans les chambres n’était malheureusement pas suffisante pour me permettre de le faire dans de bonnes conditions. C’est, selon moi, un point important à améliorer. Concernant le service de transfert proposé par le riad, lorsque l’on paie un supplément pour être déposé directement à la porte, il est attendu que cela soit effectivement respecté. Cela n’a pas été le cas lors de mon séjour. Par ailleurs, le comportement du chauffeur a été inapproprié, se montrant à la fois agressif et désagréable, ce qui a fortement nui à l’expérience. Enfin, au niveau du petit déjeuner, il me semble qu’une amélioration serait possible, notamment en proposant davantage de variété, comme des fruits frais ou des œufs.

Le Riad est super bien placé, bien décoré et confortable ! La terrasse est agréable et le personnel est très accueillant ! Le petit dej est très bon.
