The experience

The stairs was so small for the luggage.. also no men for helping .. i feel sad for the ladies

We couldn’t get any warm water for a shower or bath

1. You could feel a little springs of the mattress - nothing major if you're not too heavy. 2. We booked breakfast at the property only for the first day. For the next day, we were told to empty the room before leaving the riad to have breakfast in the city, despite the check-out being until 12pm. The reason given to us was that someone would check in into our room at 12pm. We agreed to that, just because it aligned with our plans, but the way we were advised that we 'must leave' our suitcases out, was not the most appropriate one. 3. Sunbeds in a poor shape. Issues independent to the property: 3. Rubbish containers on the street, which weren't emptied and there was a lot of rubbish dumped by them as well - not a nicest look. 4. Kids playing football on the street after 11pm - due to an echo the noise was quite bothering.

The location is fine, it's quiet and perfectly safe but for a solo female traveler I would recommend being slightly closer to the Medina

Location, near to city center and souks, but still quite. Service by host, Helene and Fatima are great, good breakfast, clean.

Unfortunately of all Riads we visited in Morocco this was the least comfortable. Main issue was at night. AC stocked between walls we have to use a small fan and wait a lot for the room to cool down. No much to see or do in the terrace. We stayed in cheaper more beautiful places.

The riad is beautiful and spotless! Helene, the host, was amazing and incredibly helpful. Good location and a great stay. Highly recommended!
