Music Row Retreat with Pool and Free Parking, Walk to Bars!

Locations was walking distance but it was so cold so we relied on Uber since parking is so expensive. Ubers were super quick. The decorations in the house are lovely and makes the place cozy

Bit pricy but seems the market there is that way so not bad for what the rest of the market was doing.

Very clean and perfect for our stay. Not a long walk to Broadway and scooters available all over.

Parking was tight and only room for 1 car.

Spacious apartment. East access. Very well equipped (if you can't see it, hunt around, and you'll probably find it!). Great communication from host.

Easy to find, friendly flexible hosts, accessible parking, good light inside, so much fun to have the great pool to swim, close to numerous restaurants. Would definitely recommend!!!

The pool is great and the apartment is central. We were aloud to checkin early.

Run down building, light in bedroom did not work and took us 30 minutes to turn off our first night. Make sure to read all the details before booking. No cancellations and they ask for your credit card and deposit on top of your rental fee. The rules are over the top and not a friendly experience. Obviously the rules are a warning against parties in the building but we were a family so we did not appreciate the experience. Good service is important to us so I would not stay here again.
