Elite Residense a 150 mts Praia da Rocha

Appartamento molto ampio, spazioso e pulito. Siamo stati davvero fortunati a trovarlo. La cucina è dotata di tutto quello che hai bisogno. Si può tranquillamente cucinare. La posizione ottima, molto vicina alla spiaggia! Il proprietario molto disponibile e gentile. Bellissima vista dal balcone. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e contenti!

The location was perfect, one block from the beach strip.

A fully equipped kitchen but basics were missing (coffee pods, salt pepper, cork screw, etc., etc.)

We stayed in this Apartment for 9 days and the first three days we had no hot water, lift was broken so we had to climb 260 steps everytime we left the apartment. The furniture on the balcony was rusted and we could not sit on these as it would destroy your clothing. It was very noisy at night time with people partying and music playing

Beautiful apartment. Well equipped with everything you need in kitchen (if you want to cook) washing machine dishwasher. Smart tv w satellite Channels.

Swimming pool was not available as gate code didn’t work throughout entire stay. Lift was out for 2 days (apt on 13th floor) management company doesn’t put up notices up to assist residents there is a second lift but not signposted.

Large apartment with great location and balcony

Very basically stocked. Only dishes and pots and pans. Need to purchase toilet paper, dish soap, salt and everything else. Coffee maker not functional when arrived and 4 days later still no solution.
