What I did appreciate was the affordability, the quiet atmosphere, and the straightforward booking process. The property was easy to reserve, the rates were reasonable, and despite my concerns about the condition of the accommodations, it was a peaceful place to stay with very little noise during my visit.

The property is clearly in need of some significant updates and maintenance. In my experience, the accommodations felt very dated, from the carpeting and furnishings to the overall appearance of the room. The bed was extremely firm and not particularly comfortable for my personal preference. The room provided only the most basic amenities, and the overall experience reminded me of what I would expect from a very budget-oriented motel. The building still relies on physical keys, there is no on-site attendant after midnight, and guests cannot use the front entrance overnight. Instead, access is through a side entrance off the back alley, which I personally found uncomfortable when coming and going late at night. The toilet during my stay was not functioning particularly well. While the staff were not unfriendly, a warmer and more welcoming approach would have helped create a better overall guest experience. With some modernization, improved maintenance, and greater attention to guest comfort, this property could offer a much more positive stay.
