The place was really well organized and clean. The staff picked us up at the train station and they brought back to the station for free. Also, we could have some breakfast there. Last, the owner explained how everything worked there very clearly and teached us how to recycle properly.

We didn't know that we needed to be quite when going out and coming back to the hotel because the street was in a residential area.

Owner speaks excellent english and he comes to pick you up and takes you to the Kamakura station. Central common room is equipped well , little small - only 5 people can sit at one time. O

The futon is extra thin and it is the same as sleeping directly on the floor. It is 20 min walk from any train station. But the bus stop is near. It was quite expensive, but Kamakura is more expensive. Nothing to do with property but we came to Kamakura only for fireworks and it was cancelled😞

The owner was very attentive and offered to both pick us up from the station when we arrived and bring us back to it when we were leaving. He also ordered us some of the best sushi we have had during our trip in Japan. The rooms are clean and even though our room was a bit small, it was a great deal for what we paid, and we only used it to sleep there.

Everything was perfect.

Koji the owner was very condescending ,helpful but very strict in the operation of the house rules.the breakfast was very poor and was the same every day .great location though and the lift to and from the station was very personal a nice gesture
