"Over price & not helpful owner"

The owner went out during our check in time so we couldn’t enter the property & was waiting under the sun. He did inform us 15 minutes before that he is not available but I was driving, how to read & reply?

The owner went out during our check in time so we couldn’t enter the property & was waiting under the sun. He did inform us 15 minutes before that he is not available but I was driving, how to read & reply? The owner talk too much & keep nagging us. He is also not helpful at all, this area was very difficult to get parking & every parking was far far away, we asked one of the parking lot nearby to park our car, but this owner followed us from behind quietly to check on us. He even scolded us without knowing we got approval from the parking landlord. This property also far away from the all the famous attractions. Really pissed off.

Koji the owner is a great host! He even picked us up at train station and took as back on the next day. His English is good and it is really easy to communicate. Definitely a place to stay in Kamakura!

"The room was clean, spacious and towels were provided free of charge. I highly recommend this place!"

Staff were very accommodating. Guest house was spacious and quiet. There was pick up and drop up service from Kamakura Station.

It’s a 20min walk to the nearest train station.
