Property owner Mr Naveen is very helpful and accommodative. Location was of the property is good as it'sclose to restaurantsand the city. The common sitout area was very good with fresh air. Overall property is maintained well. Caretaker couple is very nice. Very friendly and helping. Kitchen is well equipped with gas stove, pressure cooker, mixer etc. View from the terrace is nice.

The major disappoint was bed sheets, pillow cover and blankets as we didn't feel these were washed. When we checked with the care taker they mentioned that the stains don't go away even after washing. I think bed sheets are very old and need to be replaced with new stock. Sofa wasn't comfortable ad it's dated.. No AC was there but we didn't need it. Shower was partially functional so had to use the bucket for bathing. A few things mentioned in booking.com were not present such as iron box, washing machine and dish washer. Toiletries such as shampoo etc were not there. Basic medimix soap and liquid hand wash was provided.

One switch board in a bathroom was hanging and was taped and kept opening which is just beside the washbasin. Dangerous!

Close proximity to good food joints like Kailash Parbat, Raintree, about an hour to Golden temple, has coffee plantations around . Staff is very helpful & available for any assistance round the clock. Owner also very helpful with the reservations & facilitation . Overall a good stay experience.

Well furnished, availability of most amenities one might require on a short trip - geyser, gas, fridge, additional bedding , clothesline, ample parking, some wine collection to pick from - maybe the sheets could use some fabric fresheners to give a fresher feel

The property and the facilities are nice. And its value for money.

Room blinds are not covering the windows properly.

Property is neat and clean. Very good for family stay. Mr. Umesh who takes care of property is very nice.

Homely feel, cleanliness and very supportive and friendly host and care taker! Beautiful location and safe!

Lovely hotel with a friendly host who was always available when we needed anything and provided great recommendations in the area. It’s well located—just a five-minute tuk-tuk ride from the bus station or a 15-minute walk. The room was spacious, offering a kitchen, dining table, and living room, so we had plenty of space to relax. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

The only thing I’d recommend if you’re coming here is to hire a scooter, as attractions are a bit spread out and tuk-tuks can get pricey.
