Rooms are very neat and clean, bathroom is spacious and hygiene, friendly owner and care taker, the property is very near to all tourist places, beautiful view from the balcony city view and hill view, ample car parking, definitely recommended this property

"Excellent place to stay in madikeri"

Really a great place to stay. The room & washroom were clean and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils, which helped us to cook our food easily. Hotel owner Mr. Naveen and caretaker Mr. Umesh were polite, co-operative & friendly staff. Being tourists they guided us the best route to travel.

Very calm.. good view.. best for family couples.. spend some quality time together.. cook together.. the staff was nice..

Everything is fine.. however the blanket was bit old.. but it was not a big problem
