The apartment was excellent. Large rooms, great view from the balcony, comfortable beds, washing machine , quiet , grocery nearby.

When we arrived we were told the bed linen and towels were in the room- but they were not. After a few phone calls they arrived a few hours later.

Totally misleading signage both in the parking garage, and in the building itself. We spent the better part of an hour finding our parking space (hidden behind two unmarked and closed fire doors), then had to walk through x number of doors without finding any signs for our room.

Parking fascilities, shop in the same building, skitracks beginning from the backside of house.

Good size apartment for a family of three. Bathroom facilities were great with heated floor, good pressure shower and overall space. Practical furniture in the living room with big sofa and the kitchen was well-enough equipped for simple meals. Super happy that they accept pets, my Ragdoll had a great stay as well! The available indoor parking is something to appreciate given the low temperatures and not to worry about taking out the snow from the car is supper convenient. Would like to highlight as well that you can pre-book linen for all beds and towels for your stay, CONVENIENT

Beds comfort could be better, they need to buy new mattresses for sure. Especially for the couples big bed. Mattresses were definitely worned out and in a worse shape than the rest of the facilities.

Underground parking wass very useful given how much snow it comes during winter. Each apartment has a reserved spot. Well equiped kitchen with everything necessary, dish-washing mashine was a plus. We have enjoyed staying in the apartment, as everything is rather new and clean, no noise from the street or from the other flats.

It doesnt say anywhere on booking.com that you also need to clean yourself (or pay around 800kr), but you get this information in a private message from the host. Also, the fact that you have to pay extra for bed linen (kr 129 per person) and towels was a bit strange given the price of the appartment is like 1400kr a night. Could be nice to just have it included.

Better explanation for getting to the appartement from the parking would be ideal. It took us 15 min to figure it out…
