I did find the staff helpful after the initial chaos and the rooms were beautiful and clean with a spot on central location.

So I want to warn anyone booking this, it's actually a third party that's merged lots of photos of different DongTay hotels. I was convinced that I was scammed when I arrived cause I was told the hotel was fully booked and noone was willing to help me. I spent 2 hours dragging my suitcase around trying to find the hotel in the photos to find there are several Hanz and several DTay hotels. The phone number on this booking didn't work. Eventually I contacted booking.com to help me sort out the situation and turns out the one I originally went to was correct but they had only just been notified of my booking after contact they had with booking.com so they gave me a free upgrade in another hotel for a night. However communication was awful as no staff spoke any English and did not notify that I would have to move next day to a smaller Unit. The room looked nothing like the one in the pictures but it had a nice decor although much smaller. No breakfast at the property.

Hotel manager & staff is really very nice. Liked the overall stay at this location. It is not nearby to river but it is in Grand world. Advantage is bus stop is very much near to the hotel. Rooms are spacious. But wrong location is mapped on booking.com. So, please confirm with hotel for exact location.

The location was excellent.

There was no room service and the room did not have a bath tub.
