Comfortable, well equipped, nicely arranged, accessible. Host was accessible and helped when needed. The entire area is very quiet and green. Parking is near the building and feels safe to leave the car there. Location is good, there was everything we needed in the walking range.

Fridge compressor sounds like wind, and there is some heater or gas pump which is also in audible range, from time to time. It is not loud and doesn't affect sleep, I believe child and wife didn't noticed it at all, but it took me a few minutes to figure out what it is and get over it. I consider myself hypersensitive to sounds so if you are a normal person forget this comment.

It was good for the purpose we rented it, close to where my family lives
