"Great location, disappointing property."

The property was in an excellent location.

It was dirty (cobwebs and lots of bugs). It was very hot and we could not find any member of staff to help us with a fan. The room had a kettle, but no cups. Upon check out, no one was available to receive the key. The address and name of the property on booking.com is not the same.
