La posizione ed il check in sono molto buoni.

Palazzo non accogliente. L'appartamento potrebbe essere più curato (per esempio le luci non funzionavano tutte). Anche il bagno andrebbe un minimo rivisto.

Cercanía al centro, comodidad, limpio.

Algo de bulla por la ubicación, pero se puede dormir.

Sicuramente il punto di forza di questra struttura è la vicinanza. A pochi passi dal centro storico (Lipscani) e vicino alle fermate dei bus e delle metropolitane. Il bus dell'aeroporto ti ferma proprio fuori il palazzo. La zona è di super passaggio essendo nella via principale ma ciò non ha influito con il nostro riposo. Non eravamo per nulla disturbati dal passaggio delle auto.

La camera è molto datata e la pulizia non era ottimale soprattutto nel bagno. Porte vecchie, strutture vecchie. Nel bagno soffitto rotto, muri rotti. Porte della doccia rotte. Un vero peccato perchè come ho scritto prima ha del potenziale data la sua posizione. Per il prezzo pagato e per l'uso che ne abbiamo fatto visto che eravamo sempre in giro può andare bene ma non soggiornerei mai con la mia donna lì in una camera con un bagno simile. Da rifare completamente.

There is a lift/elevator, so taking your luggage up and down is easy. The apartment is furnished with a kitchen, ref, utensils, etc. The WiFi is satisfactory. The apartment is heated, and the shower has plenty of hot water. The location is very good.

There was some confusion with the address indicated in Booking.com and the actual apartment assigned to us. We had no data/WiFi and we did not know how to check-in. Apparently, the owner assumed we had WiFi and left instructions on how to acquire the key on WhatsApp but only an hour before our arrival. We were at a loss and it's a good thing a kind-hearted stranger helped us by calling the owner on his phone and spoke to them. He went out of his way to show us how to get the key and took us to the apartment. In our case, it would have been better if there was correspondence on how to get the key and check in to be sent by email or WhatsApp way before the expected time of arrival so that it could be read beforehand.
