The Red Lion Inn Alnmouth

Room was wonderful. Staff were fantastic and the breakfast was very good.

I wish it did proper food in the evenings rather than just pizza.

Location is great - a short stroll down to the beach. Nicely decorated throughout and great beer garden to the rear.

Several breakfast items were over cooked (bacon the worst) shame given the price paid for B&B

A bit disappointed with the breakfast. Could have had more selection of continental options Little contact with the staff, so more like an AirBnb

The breakfast was varied and good with the seating and facilities situated in a pleasant area.

The bacon was probably cooked in an air frier and was so severely over done it became leathery and inedible. Great shame as the sausages and bacon were locally sourced and of high quality.

Very quaint village with great atmosphere. Very good breakfast. So many lovely walks along the beach and a terrific base to explore from

Parking can be a problem as there is only street parking

Spotless ..stylish room ..comfortable bed. Excellent location.
