"Noisy stay, poor conditions, mould, flooding, unstable bed, strong potential."

Location is good, property has high potential to be the best in the area.

Poor overnight stay for me. Noise throughout the night from tenants banging doors. Bed propped up with bricks. Strong mould smell in the room on entry. Parking area flooded, damp smell even on the walls.
