Marias Rooms

Our stay at Marias Rooms was truly perfect. The location was perfect. The room was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Maria kept everything spotless throughout our stay. The bathroom was also very clean and made everything even more enjoyable. Every little detail was thought of. A special thank you to Maria, who was absolutely amazing, warm, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. Her kindness and attention truly made a difference and played a huge part in making our stay so memorable. We are incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you, Maria, for everything, you helped make our trip unforgettable !

The property was in a very good area and it helped that the bus stop was very close by. Maria is a wonderful host and was always able to help. If we were to come back to Ios we would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Maria’s place during our vacation in Ios! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center of Chora, close to everything, including the supermarket, restaurants, and nightlife. Maria was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. She even helped us get a discount when we rented a car, which was much appreciated. The rooms were cleaned daily and kept spotless, with fresh towels and sheets provided regularly — something we really valued. We were a big group and booked two rooms: a triple and a double. The triple room was great — spacious, comfortable, and had a small terrace which was a nice touch.

The double room, however, had a couple of things that could be improved in the future. There was a visible pipe coming from the upstairs bathroom that ran through the bedroom, and unfortunately, we could hear every time the upstairs guests used their bathroom — which was quite loud and not very pleasant. Hopefully, this can be addressed with some insulation or soundproofing. Also, the bathroom in the double room didn’t have a shower curtain, so the floor would get very wet after each shower. The sink was also quite small, making it difficult to use without splashing water everywhere.

La signora Maria era super disponibile per qualsiasi cosa ci serviva. La mattina noi andavamo in spiaggia e tornavamo con la camera pulita e impeccabile.
