Melody 2 Bedroom Apartment in Hyderabad

Property was filthy, the care taker was supportive at first before taking the money but then completely changed after taking the amount. She didn’t provide me the bill of 1000rs that I had paid for my dog. I didn’t stay at the property for more than 12 hrs. I was planning to book a direct reservation but seeing her response I had to go through booking.com While I was on customer support call to find alternative arrangements and enquire about the updated bill for my dog, she kept on calling me with absurd texts. Thankfully I have taken all the videos and photos and screenshots for proof. - Dirty Property. - No towels were provided as mentioned in Property description. - Completely filthy kitchen. - Sofa had multiple stains in it. - Mirrors were completely dirty and packed in mud. - No water was provided at the time of checkin. - I was charged 1k extra for my pet but she didn’t provide me the bill neither refund. - Rooms full of hair.
