Le charmant accueil et les conseils de la propriétaire, l'indépendance qu'on avait vis à vis des services de transport et même de l'appartement qui était à notre disposition notre guise, et enfin le confort : dosettes de cafés, de thé, confiture, beurre, croissant et madeleines, nombreuses serviettes, sacs hygiéniques pour femmes, un vrai hotel 5 étoiles !

Le gaz des plaques ne fonctionnait pas, il manque un micro-onde et un plat pour mettre des choses dans le four.

The room and area was decent enough. Remotely located which was what I like.

The bed bottom was cracked and sagged and with a 5” foam mattress was an awful sleep. The a/c would quit through the night and very thin walls that can hear everything upstairs and side apartments. We set up for cleaning on days we would be away that never happened and then the next day when we were in to rest and relax she came by numerous times knocking on the door to clean. We set up for cleaning the next day but she never came. Plan for this or you run out of important things needed. Ie. TP 🧻

Super friendly hostess and a Nice clean room! She gave us the best tip ever to visit a small Coastal town away from 5Terre. This tip was worth gold!

La Spezia is extremely busy!! Visit Cinque Terre from another location.

The apartment is very modern and updated, with lovely decorations. The owners were so kind and generous - they provided bottled water/coffee and breakfast pastries. They checked in on us regularly, changed the towels and linens and even let us sample their homemade limoncello. La Spezia is a 10 minute bus ride away and Portovenere is 25 min away on the bus. The bus stops right outside the apartment and you can purchase tickets at the bar right next door. It was a perfect place to stay for our week long visit to Cinque Terre.

The property was amazing. This is an about 10-15 minutes outside of La Spezia so you need to ride the bus into town for groceries or to catch the train into Cinque Terre. Be mindful that there is no real pedestrian access into town unless you want to walk on the side of a busy road.

Barbara is an excellent host! Very clean and cozy apartment with delicious things to eat. We even got limoncello on the last day! Thank you Barbara, I hope to be back soon
