Mollymook Beach View

Nice comfortable beds. Heaters in every room for cooler nights and weather. Beach only steps away. Water views, via the front door, front yard. Nice and clean with coffee pods and coffee machine plus various teas. You will need to grab some milk from the convenience store a couple of doors away though. Around the corner from the golf club and beach cafe down the road. Plenty of fluffy bath towels A washing machine and dryer a plus. Two toilets and modern bathroom / laundry. A lot of off street parking in driveway, space for three cars, which is lucky as you can't park on the street out front with timed parking in a busy area. Nice big fridge and a dishwasher. Large fenced backyard if you have kids and an outdoor shower for washing off after the beach. BBQ, which we did not use. Some cooking stuff provided like baking paper etc. Smart TV with Chromecast. Games etc in cupboard.

Noisy childrens playground directly across the road, people there all hours into the night, and busy area with a lot of cars constantly driving past. We did not realise this when booking never having been here before. If you want peace and quiet, this is not the spot for you. A lot of 'stuff' in this house, breakable items and knick knacks. If crooked paintings bother you, be prepared to be 'bothered', there's a lot of them. Sort of a quirky art gallery. And although plenty of crockery, glasses etc, only two actual wine glasses. Will have to drink out of champagne flutes if you are wine drinkers or bring your own. One bedroom has no blinds with window opening onto enclosed front verandah, and only has light muslin drapes, which means for early wake up in that room. No nice hot shower as hot water only 'warm'. Not quite there for the price.

We loved the location. It was a beautiful clean house with loads of character.

The location was fantastic. Place was exceptionally clean.

No blinds on the glass front door. People can see in.

I’m not sure it’s insulated. It was very cold but there was lots of heating so warmed up nicely .
