I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. There was nothing likable about the experience. The room had a severe bed bug issue, which caused an allergic reaction across my body. The bed itself was highly uncomfortable, and the overall hygiene standards were very poor. The housekeeping staff were unresponsive and did not address concerns promptly. This property is far below the standards expected of a heritage hotel, as they claim.

The hygiene standards at this property are completely unacceptable. The presence of bed bugs was severe and alarming, making the stay not just uncomfortable but genuinely distressing. Waking up with bites and developing an allergic reaction reflects a serious lapse in basic cleanliness and pest control. This is not a minor issue, it is a fundamental failure in maintaining a habitable environment for guests. The overall sanitation of the room was equally poor, with clear signs of neglect. For a hotel that claims to uphold heritage standards, this level of hygiene is shocking and inexcusable. Immediate and thorough corrective action is needed, as such conditions pose a direct risk to guests’ health and well-being.
