The staffs are looting the customers. I secured by booking for 4 days, manager took advance payment. However, I could stay for 2 days owing to cancellation of upcoming office meeting and requested manager to adjust my advance payment as per actual amount accrued towards my actual stay. All managers straightly denied without citing any reasons. The hotel managers/owner are very greedy and just looting the money without any incurring. Not even returned my amount of complimentary breakfast, they had clear intentions not to return a single penny. Bed of the room was very narrow even lesser than queen size bed. The seepage can be seen at some places. Worst service and staff behaviour. Don’t ever think to stay. Better to choose UDS villa and other hotels in the vicinity at such reasonable and affordable price

Bed size was smaller than queen size. Very uncomfortable cushion.
