Wiatraki Nature Resort

Wspaniała lokalizacja, obiekt okazał się dużo większy niż wyobrażaliśmy sobie, dzięki czemu nawet przy dużej ilości gości czuliśmy się komfortowo, plus wszędzie są wskazówki co pomaga się poruszać po terytorium. W pokojach czysto i wygodnie. Dobre śniadania (bufet). Wieczorem załapaliśmy się na grilla i ognisko + żywą muzykę - super zakończenie po całym dniu nad jeziorem. Byliśmy z psem jak i większość gości, dlatego wszyscy są wyrozumiali pod tym względem, plus przy recepcji są kocyki, worki i karma dla pupilów - bardzo miły gest :)

Przydał by się szampon i żel pod prysznic w łazience oraz trochę więcej leżaków nad jeziorem :)

Exceptional breakfast, beautiful and spacious deck by the lake, with subbeds and hammocks for everyone to enjoy. Quiet surroundings and calming, remote location. Nice but pricy spa area with great physiotherapeutic massages offered.

The difference in quality of rooms is noticeable and should be somewhat communicated to clients. During our first visit we asked to change the room - walls were not sound proofed and overall quality of bed, furniture was - to say the least - average. Second room we got was incomparable. During the second visit we stayed in superior cottage. It was refreshed, but definitely not modern. Beds were not comfortable, rooms pretty dirty (no one cared to move the beds and dust the corners …), we needed to ask for a change of fridge, as its doors were attached with duck tape. Kitchen utensils - cheap and basic. It was ok, but not great. Surroundings though - forest, terrace, views - really pleasant. Other houses in privacy respecting distance. Very bad to non existing reception is not ultimately a minus. During our first stay no information on organized activity that included concert at our windows … would be good if those booking not directly on their website were informed about this as this was an entertainment forced upon us.

Śniadania powinny być co najmniej od 8.00 rano a nie od 9.00, powinien być co najmniej jeszcze jeden ekspres do kawy bo była kolejka, wymienić trzeba materace bo są już wysłużony ale poza tym wszystko było super

I enjoyed the excellent food at the restaurant. The staff was was kind and helped us above and beyond. We were late and the restaurant people made a meal for us ahead of closing time and delivered it to our room when we arrived after we called from the road and explained we ask this service as possible because of traffic. My partner is Polish so she did the talking when Polish was needed but almost everyone spoke some English. We were angry at the long waiting time it took during one meal but they were very kind and offered us this one meal for free as the waiting time was very long. The lake is clear and very cold right now so we did not swim but used the peddle boat. We did a massage and sauna which were very good.

The road to the site is a dirt road and visitors might be happier if they have a car that can match this sort of ground. We have an urban car and felt a little uneasy but even urban cars can make it (we did). My partner is very noise sensitive and this is NOT an adult only place so there are children and some children horse around and some adults like to sing with koud speakers in front of a fire. The staff were very good at keeping things quite after 9 p.m. and some people no doubt love to be with other people and do not mind the noise. I am just pointing this out. Even my partner, who was alarmed at a live music event in the evening, ended up enjoying it very much. So just know that you are coming to a site families enjoy and it is not possible to know in advance how loud they might be. I decided to pay extra and move to another room but this was my own decision. Other people will simply knock back a glass of wine and go to sleep easily.

Pobyt w Resorcie był naprawdę wyjątkowy. Świetna atmosfera, prywatna plaża zapewniająca komfort i spokój, a do tego szeroki wybór atrakcji, dzięki którym nie sposób się nudzić. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje również wyśmienita kuchnia. Zdecydowanie miejsce, do którego warto wrócić.

Pobyt w Wiatraki Resort byl dla nas fantastycznym rodzinnym wspolnym czasem. Mielismy wykupiony pobyt ze sniadaniami.... dziewczyny w obsludze byly przefantastyczne, mile i pomocne. Sniadania byly pyszne i duzo do wyboru, kazdy mogl znalezc cos dla.siebie.. W recepcji byly dostepne nawet miseczki dla psa oraz woreczki do posprzatnie po swoim psie. Dzieciaki mialy boski czas , znikaly nam po sniadaniu i bawily sie z kolegami oraz kolezankami na tym samym turnusie . Mialy swietny czas I byly bezpieczne na terenie osrodka. Skorzytalismy z dostepnych rowerow i nawet moi rodzice ( 75 lat) udali sie z nami na wycieczke rowerowa. Caly osrodek dostosowany jest dla rodzin oraz psich czlonkow rodzin. Obsluga byla bardzo mila Spotkalismy bardzo wiele rodzin ktore wracaja fo tego osrodka juz od kilku lat i szczerze mowiac wcale mnie to nie dziwi. Dziekujemy za cudny czas ...
