Only thing to like about this place was it's proximity to WINNERS supermarket.

Taxi driver could not find the property - eventually saw a sign when we were right on top of it ! Nobody was there to meet us. Keys were left on a table in an unlocked room but we had to find it first. Owner sent a few messages via Whats App which is USELESS if you are outside and have no WiFi access !!! Too many bits of furniture, most of which were not fit for purpose and just cluttered up a small room. No washing machine in kitchen as stated in description of studio. Air conditioning did not work and there wasn't anyone to contact. Cupboards were too small and doors & drawers would not shut properly. Only 1 towel left for the two of us. We were told that apartment would not be let out to anyone until our stay of 19 nights had expired but found someone (Eddie) in there, when we checked it on Saturday the 4th of March - he moved in on the 3rd and knew nothing about our booking until the 8th of March Owner threatened to have me arrested for damages to the apartment in a message via Booking.Com on the last day of our holiday - could it get any worse ? Demanded the keys be returned on the 8th, when they had already been left with Eddie on the 4th. A very DODGY person and a big DISGRACE to Mauritius - there's one everywhere and we found him here !

Very close to the Pereybere beach, dive shops, supermarket and car rental. I stayed for more than a week and it was ideal for me. The owner was very helpful and they even offered a free laundry service. Felt like home away from home.

Furniture was not the newest and the drawers wouldn't always work properly. Cockroaches and ants in the studio, but they provided a spray to control them.
