Comfort, Nearby Restaurants, Parking available.

Location was 1 hour walk from Masjid An Nabawi. If travelling with family one must have to bear in mind for the transportation. Secondly, The cost of the room is a bit higher side considering the distance from Haram.

"Overpriced for the location and not very clean for a family stay."

The checkout time flexibility: they let me check out until 3 pm, even though their policy is 2:00 PM. The support staff members (except the male receptionist) were friendly and welcoming.

The reception staff does not know English; the lady at the reception was good at communication and was very welcoming, but the male staff member at reception was not so nice, kind of a rude person if you talk in English. And the washroom was having cockroaches.
